So here’s what happened. Summer and Cyclone get new clothes and they find Summer’s phone. Summer is from Riley’s Earth. They have Cheerleaders and Cell phones. Cyclone has never seen any of those things.
Summer’s old crew have seen all of the Star Wars movies Star Trek etc. Boo already knew about all that’s stuff being from Riley’s realm too. The new crew hasn’t been with Summer long so Summer has not had a chance to violate the prime directive with them.
